Zelpa Personal Web — Privacy Policy (draft for review, version 1) What this page is: Zelpa Personal Web is the browser form of Zelpa Personal. It makes short, structured summaries of pages, files, and pasted text. What this server keeps: nothing. There is no account, no database, and no log of your content. Your license key, your API keys, and your preferences are kept only in your own browser (in its local storage) and are sent to this server only as part of a request you make. What happens when you summarize: - Hosted: your text and your license key travel encrypted in transit (TLS) through this server to the Zelpa license service, which uses an AI engine to make your summary. Your text is used only to make that summary and is never stored; the license service records only character counters against your allowance. - Bring your own key: your text and your own API key pass through this server once, encrypted in transit, and are used only to make that one request to the company you picked (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini). Your key is never stored and never logged. Your text is never used to train models by Zelpa, never sold, and never shared with anyone except the summarizing engine that makes your summary. If you clear this browser's saved keys (Options, or the Forget keys button), the keys are gone from this browser; nothing about them exists anywhere else to delete.
